1. Agreement

By downloading or using 3D textures from Brick-Textures.com (the „Textures“), owned and operated by NB IMAGES LLC („we,“ „us,“ or „our“), you („User“ or „you“) agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement („Agreement“). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Textures.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Textures purchased from Brick-Textures.com for both commercial and personal projects. You are permitted to modify the Textures and to incorporate them into your projects and works, subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the downloaded Textures to any third party.
• Use the Textures in a defamatory, scandalous, illegal, misleading, or otherwise unlawful manner.
• Claim ownership or original creatorship of the Textures themselves.

4. Intellectual Property

The Textures are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You acknowledge that all ownership rights, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Textures remain with NB IMAGES LLC and/or its licensors and that you have only the rights expressly granted by this Agreement.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Textures and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Textures are provided „as is“ and „as available“ with all faults and without warranty of any kind. We hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to the Textures, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Textures, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NB IMAGES LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and licensors from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of the Textures or your breach of this Agreement.

9. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NB IMAGES LLC regarding the use of the Textures. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

11. Jurisdiction and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Florida for the resolution of all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
